GRANBY, Quebec—Continental’s ContiTech division has completed a project at its hose factory in Granby that makes production there largely automated.
FRANKFURT (Reuters) – Auto supplier Robert Bosch has revised its forecast for automotive production on Saturday, expecting a 5% fall this year, bigger than an earlier estimate for a 3% decline, the company’s chief financial officer told Boersen-Zeitung. As a result Bosch would not be able to achieve an earnings before interest and taxes margin of 7% as it did last year, Stefan Asenkerschbaumer told the newspaper.

Mooresville, North Carolina – German hose manufacturer Tristone Flowtech Group has officially opened a new production plant in Mooresville to improve its service to the automotive industry in the US and Canada.
Tristone broke ground on the €21-million manufacturing unit in May last year and is now preparing for start of operations to serve its first US automotive customer, the company said 23 April.
